In leadership, I started seeing the same pattern.
Capable teams and talented people were getting stuck in the same tension, the same misunderstandings, and the same conversations that went nowhere.
I studied the work of leaders like Stephen Covey, Patrick Lencioni, and Liz Wiseman, and used tools like DiSC and MBTI.
But it still did not fully explain what I was seeing.
It did not explain why talented, capable people still lose time and energy to tension, misunderstandings, and reactivity.
That is what led me to the Enneagram, and things started to make more sense.
It gave me a clearer view of what is actually driving people, especially in the moments that matter most.
